Nicole Provonchee is an experienced executive coach, speaker and strategist working with successful women leaders to help them seize opportunities, overcome obstacles and achieve impactful, impressive results.

Prior to launching her coaching company Bright Blue Consulting, Nicole built her career as a leader across companies large and small. She was a Vice President with the population health division of Ascension, a Senior Director with North Highland Consulting's healthcare practice and a Vice President at Parthenon Publishing, a digital media and content strategy firm.

As a coach and strategist, Nicole works with leaders and teams at start-ups, nonprofits and Fortune 50 companies. Bright Blue's client list includes HCA, Alliance Bernstein, Ascension, NaviHealth, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Vanderbilt's Owen School of Business and Bridgestone.

As a female executive, Nicole can relate to the unique stresses and situations women face as professionals and leaders. As a working mother, she understands the challenge of finding just the right balance of work, family, friends and the rest of life.

Nicole lives in Nashville with her husband and two sons. She holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where she started the school's first MBA association for women. She is also is a coaching instructor at the Center for NonProfit Management, an Advisor at the Entrepreneur Center in Nashville, and an active volunteer with nonprofit groups focused on supporting women and children.
