She is certified in Korn Ferry, Hogan Leadership Assessment, Enneagram, Birkman Assessment and facilitates StrengthsFinder, Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, and Drexler Sibbet Team Performance Model. She graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Organizational Communications and has a Principles and Practices of Organizational Development Certification from Columbia University.
