Nashville, Tenn. – April 2022 — Leonora Zilkha Williamson, founder and CEO of Platinum Rule Advisors (PRA) and Vanderbilt University lecturer, has been accepted into Forbes Coaches Council, an invitation-only community for leading business and career coaches.

Prior to founding PRA in 2019, Leonora served in leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, Boston Consulting Group, and Estée Lauder. She teaches Negotiation and Corporate Social Responsibility to undergraduates as a lecturer at Vanderbilt University. She also serves on the board of family company Sabre Yachts and has served on dozens of non-profit boards, including a current seat on the board of Learning Matters, an organization working to reduce learning barriers and ensure educational equity for K-12 students with learning differences.
A graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School, she is a certified coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation and a member of the Harvard Institute of Coaching, and Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches, an invitation-only group of accomplished coaches who are committed to using their talents to make people and organizations better. She was named Nashville’s #1 Executive Coach in 2021 and 2022 by Influence Digest and has been recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as a 2022 Women of Influence award recipient.
